Many cosplayers today use social groups or generic platforms like Vinted to sell used outfits or accessories. According to a survey conducted with a group of cosplayers, it emerges that, due to the lack of specialized platforms, many of them are forced to organize through online second-hand marketplaces and social networks. Our platform aims to fill this gap, becoming a point of reference for the community.
Registration and account creation
Users can register as buyers or sellers by providing their contact details and accepting the terms of use and the privacy policy. Sellers must provide additional information (e.g., tax details) if they sell professionally.
Posting listings
Once registered, sellers can upload photos, descriptions, and prices for their cosplay items. Each listing must be accurate and not misleading. The user remains solely responsible for the information provided.
Purchase
Buyers can search for items by category, price, or character. To purchase, simply add the product to the cart and complete payment through the integrated secure system. The payment is held by the platform until shipment is confirmed, helping prevent scams and fraud.
Payments and commission
Once the purchase is confirmed, the platform retains 10% as a service fee and pays the remaining 90% to the seller.
Shipping and delivery
The seller arranges shipping and provides the tracking number to the buyer. Any issues related to delivery or product quality must be resolved directly between the parties.
