Rules

1. Freedom of sale – Cosplayers can sell costumes, wigs, accessories, props, merchandise, digital models, and other cosplay-related products. The price and sale terms are freely set by the seller. However, it is not permitted to sell items prohibited by law (weapons, illegal substances, offensive materials) or items that infringe third-party rights. The platform may remove non-compliant listings.

2. Responsibility for content – Each listing is published under the seller’s responsibility, and the seller guarantees the product’s originality and lawfulness. The platform does not pre-approve listings; if a report is received, it may suspend or remove unlawful content.

3. Payments and commission – At the time of sale, the payment system credits the amount to the seller while automatically withholding the 10% commission. Sellers must link a valid payout method to receive proceeds.

4. Shipping and delivery – Shipping and delivery are handled by the seller and agreed with the buyer. In-person handover is also possible if the parties wish. Shipping costs are indicated in the listing and are borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.

5. User conduct – Offensive, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior is not tolerated. Fake reviews, spam, and privacy violations are prohibited. Anyone using the platform agrees to keep respectful language and not publish defamatory or illegal content.

6. Penalties and suspensions – In case of violations of these rules or applicable laws, the platform may temporarily suspend or permanently delete the user’s account, remove the listing, or block the payment.

7. Acceptance of the rules – Using the Site implies full acceptance of these rules. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
